A Cloudinary specific utility function to add transformations to the Cloudinary URL based on the given parameters:

• cloudinaryUrl: The URL of the cloudinary assets
• publicId: The asset’s public ID in Cloudinary
• transformation: The transformation instructions or a named transformation.
